"How to Find Good Pediatric advice

Online and in The Media"

Parents encounter mixed messages regarding pediatric health and parenting, from the media and from online sources. Some information is reliable and some is not. We will discuss tools parents can use to help them figure out which advice is worth keeping and which is not.  

Emiliano Tatar, MD is a board-certified pediatrician and a past recipient of the Arnold P Gold Award for Excellence in Humanism and Teaching. Dr. Tatar received his Doctor in Medicine from Drexel University College of Medicine, and he completed his residency in pediatrics St. Christopher’s Hospital for Children.  Dr. Tatar currently practices at Einstein Community Health Associates in Roxborough.  He has authored several articles for the Philadelphia Inquirer, makes artisan cheese which can be found in local Philly restaurants, and lives with his wife and two children in Merion.
